Today you and I have been given the opportunity to carry Jesus for His glory in our homes, communities, churches, workplaces and among friends. What does that look like for a disciple? It looks like the donkey Jesus rode from Bethphage to Jerusalem in Matt 21. The Master had need of the donkey to carry Him to His final destination. He also needs you and I to carry Him to this nation. There is no glory for the donkey, but for the Saviour on his back. In fact a donkey is really a despised animal, not beautiful like a horse. Many of us want to be recognized like a majestic horse and yet what Jesus sent for was a donkey to carry Him. May we not think more highly of ourselves than we aught to. And may we, like the donkey, be used by the Lord of Lords to fulfill His Word and plan for this nation.

My sincere apologies for falling down on the watch. I really felt that no one is listening and I was writing to myself. But I decided it is better to write to myself and keep pushing out the truth for those who might one day come across it and be revived for the service to our King. Many of us, myself included are so busy living our lives never realizing that each day that goes by is an opportunity missed to glorify God in our land. Men in their hearts naturally seek the amazing and we as Christians need to show forth the King that we serve, who is very amazing. Not preaching but living a life full of Jesus so men can be drawn to Him. “Just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life.” Jn 3:14-15 Today that must be done in our lives for others to believe and God to be made manifest in our days!!!
Hallelujah!!!

“Now fear the Lord and serve Him with ALL faithfulness. Throw away the gods your forefathers worshiped beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord. But if serving the Lord seems undesireable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” Josh 24:14-15
So easily said but not lived out each day in our lives. We still serve the gods of our fathers and of this godless land, and yet we call ourselves by the same name as our Lord and Father. How do we say we are Christians when our Christ never bowed to the false gods we serve? A choice must be made and the evidence against us is what we are doing in and through our lives. Do not think apathy and no choice is not a choice. By not choosing you have made a choice but not for God.
Wake up and rise for our King. Take a stand.

When I challenged you all about the urgency of these days we are in, no one answered me. Am I the only one who has felt and heard the quickening of God’s Spirit about these days? Are we all asleep in the world? Can you hear me or the Holy Spirit calling out to wake up. Your life is all about you. You are not about the Father’s business. Rise up from your slumber to see the enemy approaching!!!

How many of us have been feeling the urgency about God’s business these days? And how many of us are still struggling with issues that should have been dealt with long ago? And how many of us are longing more than anything to be used by the Lord in the upcoming revival? Now is the time for His golry to be made manifest on earth. Now is the time to be sure your life, like the kernel of corn, has been put to death for the sake of the kingdom and for bearing good fruit for your Savior. Oh Lord, do not let us miss what you have begun to do and are doing in this generation for your kingdom. We want more than any other thing to be in the midst of you plans for this age and this land. Take our lives as we lay them down as our offering for this generation and this day. Our time has come!!!

So I hope that some of you are still reading along with me. We must push ourselves into a renewed committment to Christ in these perilous days. So many traps have been set for our lives from our enemy, the devil, that we must push passionately into a pursuit of Christ. Don’t let the complacency of the land, people and church fool you into safety! A light needs to shine in the darkness overtaking us. As I read today this is what the Lord spoke to me for our consideration as we seek Him. “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. I TELL YOU THE TRUTH, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me.” John 12:23-26 The way we will glorify the Son in these final days is to shine His life through our lives. There is no other way!!! Pursue Him until you find Him…

So we must move on. I think we have discussed this topic enough about our entry point into access to our Father. Now what we originally were looking at was our inheritance. So in gaining access through new life, I have Jesus Himself as my inheritance. This means all Jesus was and has is also mine. We are co-heirs as it were. What does that mean for you and I? How do we understand this from a practical perspective as we are walking out our Christian life here on earth? Does is effect the way I live my live?

The entry point for you and I to become God’s children is through death of the old life and birth of the new life. The old life dies and is buried through baptism. The new life rise up from burial as the resurrected Christ. That is how Christ lives in us. Our bodies have been offered as a living sacrifice. We no longer have reign over our bodies but it is Christ who reigns in me. You must think about this, because it is not taught to you at the beginning. And we go on living our lives any way we want to never relinquishing our rights to our bodies or our lives. And that is why we fail over and over again at living the Christian life. That is why it is a struggle to be like Christ, because we are trying to do it ourselves. “For I have been crucified with Christ and I longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Gal 2:20

I will continue to answer my own questions then and you can read along. All of us must experience a new birth, through dying to ourselves. Baptism is our water birth, or our burial. It is being buried with Christ, so that a new man or woman will arise out of that death with new life in Christ. Just as John preached and baptized, including Jesus, we too must experience a baptism or burial of our own lives. Not just being put under the water but a death that requires us to bury that “old man” and begin as a child again our spirit life with a purpose and work to be done for our new Father. Is that too much? May God help you to see what this issue of being born again means for us. Water burial and rising into a new life is only the beginning, not the culmination.

“Jesus answered, I tell you the truth, no one can ENTER the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit.” John 3:5 Does this have anything to do with what we have been talking about? This is what Jesus told Nicodemus when he asked Jesus “How can a man be born when is he old?” This is supposed a chance for some of you to respond and consider your own experience. What say you?
